EVENT COMING SOON (RESCHEDULED DUE TO COVID-19)
International Health and Art Festival (iHeArt Festival)
The International Health and Art (iHeArt) Festival is all about health and art. This festival is trying to incorporate two disciplines of Health and Art. It is using art as an approach for health, health education, health literacy, and health promotion. It highlights the significant roles that art and artists can play in community health.
Every day, numerous professionals in the field of health are using various types of art to convey their messages to the public. At the same time, many artists are aiming to use their art to promote daily habits that improve the quality of life for people in their communities. However, despite this worldwide effort for incorporating art in health and using art to improve health, there have been no international opportunities to bring these producers together to share their experiences and learn from each other in a collective and collaborative way. The International Health and Art (iHeArt) Festival will set the stage for this opportunity.
