Congratulations for successfully completing the online /"Theoretical" portion of the course: "Applied Research Courses: Qualitative Research and Discourse Analysis" as a pre-requisite for the "Applied" portion of the course. We are pleased to offer you admission to the "Applied" portion of the course, which will address the practical aspects of the course, while providing an exceptional hands-on learning experience.

The course you have registered for is equal in value to a 9-credit course, and includes two parts: (a) "Theoretical Online Learning" (which you have successfully completed), (b) "Applied Research". The "Applied" portion of the course includes an in-person, 3-day workshop and a 20-day internship at IIHR.

The workshop has been organized to take place at the University of British Columbia - Robson Square (on September 3 - 5th, 2018), and the Internship will take place at IIHR (on September 10 - October 5th, 2018), both of which will take place in Vancouver, Canada.
